AGRITURISMO FATTORIA GRIMANA
Visitors and business travelers enjoy the quietness of the Venetian countryside at our Farmhouse, located between Vicenza and Padua. We offer eco-friendly accommodation: loft rooms, junior-suite provided with whirlpool shower, apartments provided with kitchen, accessible rooms, each equipped with en-suite bathroom. Breakfast consists in delicious and healthy local, organic and homemade products.

- All the rooms and common areas are regularly sanitized.
- We have reorganized the spaces of our farm to ensure the established distances.
- The whole family uses the mask, gloves and sanitizer, as well as having participated in training courses to ensure maximum safety.
- The guests of the farm have the obligation to wear the mask in the common areas and maintain the expected distance.
- At the farm you will find a series of workstations to disinfect your hands during the entire stay.
- Upon arrival, the room will be delivered, cleaned and sanitized with specific products, required by regulations and protocols.
- Our ventilation and ventilation systems are regularly sanitized, in compliance with current regulations.
- Breakfast will be served at the table and will also be eaten outdoors, on the porch or in the garden.
- Offer the possibility to have breakfast in your room with a small additional cost.
- To better manage breakfast, we will ask you to book your arrival time in the breakfast room and some information on what you would like (omelette, fried eggs, etc.).
ECO-ACCOMMODATION IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
11 eco- rooms and apartments were renovated according to the bio-architecture parameters. The old brick and stone walls as well as different materials have been preserved: the terracotta paving, wood, iron and Vicenza white stone. Moreover, natural substances, such as beeswax, vegetal resins, lime and latex paint were used as treatments.
THE AREA
Fattoria Grimana is located right in the centre of Veneto Region, precisely 2 Km away from the A4 Motorway exit “Grisignano di Zocco”, 6 Km from A31 Motorway exit “Montegaldella”, 3 Km from the railway station “Grisignano di Zocco”. The position is perfect to reach the most beautiful sites and Unesco cities easily: Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Venice, Treviso, Bassano del Grappa, Marostica, the Venetian Palladian Villas, but also the exhibition centres in Vicenza, Padua and Verona, the thermal baths of Abano, Montegrotto, Battaglia and Torreglia. Moreover, the Dolomites, the Colli Euganei Regional Park, the Venetian Parks, the Asiago Plateau and Lake Garda are easily reachable.
ABOUT US
Fattoria Grimana, as a farm, has been owned by the Lotto’s Family since the XIX century. In 2000, it was converted into a romantic relais after a meticulous renovation process. It is an enchanting and peaceful place, surrounded by a lush garden, a vegetable grove and a vineyard, where you can enjoy the fantastic summer days while having a tasty glass of wine. Deck chairs, tables and chairs as well as barbecue, both in the garden and under the porch, are at your disposal.
BREAKFAST AND RECIPES
You will enjoy a delicious breakfast in the ground floor. Our breakfast is made of local, homemade and natural products, such as homemade cakes and biscuits, whose main ingredients are local fruits (apples, pears, strawberries, among others), fresh homemade - bread and brown bread (organic 5 cereals flour is used), fresh fruit juices and organic local honey
FOOD AND WINE, ECOMUSEUM
You have the chance of tasting and buying our products: natural homemade jams, DOC Prosecco wine, IGT Grimanèr wine (Cabernet) and IGT Rosè Brut (Pinot noir), local Monti Berici olive oil (olives are handpicked and oil is cold pressed). Upon request, you will discover secret places, such as wine bars, local dairies, cellars, typical restaurants and trattorias.
ARTS AND HISTORY
The central position is perfect for you to reach, both by car, train and bicycle, the most beautiful touristic sites and cities, like the Palladian Villas in Vicenza, The Giotto’s Chapel in Padua, the Arena in Verona, the famous Old Bridge in Bassano del Grappa and the Chess Square in Marostica.
ECOTOURISM AND SPORT
If you are up to stay active during your holidays, you can rent the company bikes for free and explore the surroundings. Cycling paths lead you to local villas, palaces and natural sites, completely surrounded by the Venetian countryside.
PICNIC BASKET
Guests staying on the farm can book the basket with farm products and the plaid for a snack in the open air, in the garden or on the lawns in the shade of the farm hedges.
A picnic in the olive grove is also highly recommended, featuring a parking space, table and bench with panoramic views of the Nanto hill (Monti Berici).
