ITINERARY: VENICE'S HYSTORICAL CENTRE
Venice is considered a magical city for its many beauties. It is a maze of narrow streets and canals, full of elegant palaces and wondrous churches. Tourists feel the charm of the Canal Grande and of the Rialto bridge. The museums are full of the richness of its works of art.

1st day
» Morning: enjoy Saint Mark's square, the monuments and the unforgettable view
» Afternoon: visit the museums and the remains of the Serenissima Republic of Venice, the hystorical cafès of Thomas Mann and Visconti
» Evening: enjoy the traditional cuisine in campo di Santa Maria del Giglio and gamble at the Venice Casino

2nd day
» Morning: visit the baroque churches, the theatres, the glass and antique shops in the narrow calli (the roads of Venice)
» Afternoon: Palaces and churches, beyond the Accademia bridge in the sestiere of Dorsoduro
» Evening: Enjoy the seafood in campo San Polo and take a stroll at the Lido

3rd day
» Morning: the sestiere of San Polo an its church, the house of Goldoni, the Pescheria (fishmonger's) and the Rialto Bridge
» Afternoon: the Grand Canal from Ca' Pesaro to Ca' D'Oro and the Ponte degli Scalzi
» Evening: dinner with the traditional taste of the Venetian cuisine surrounded by the atmosphere of the nearby Bridge of Sighs

ITINERARY: VENICE AND THE ISLANDS
This itinerary focuses on the communities that inhabited Venice and its islands over the centuries: the Jewish ghetto with its synagogues, the greek-orthodox churches and the byzantine art. Then discover the area north of the lagoon: Murano and Burano, islands of the glass and laces, and finally the unreal atmosphere of Torcello, the island loved by Hemingway.

1st day
» Morning: the new ghetto: yiddish, synagogue, the church of Sant'Alvise and the Tintoretto paintings
» Afternoon: the sestiere of Castello: greek, slavic and dalmatian communities
» Evening: dine with the finest Venetian cuisine and walk to the Bridge of Sighs

2nd day
» Morning: the island of Murano, the glass and then the church of San Donato
» Afternoon: ride your bykes to Sant'Erasmo surrounded by the silence of nature
» Evening: seafood dinner in Venice, then enjoy the cafes in Saint Mark's Square: Quadri and Florian

3rd day
» Morning: laces in Burano, surrounded by the amazing colours of its small houses
» Afternoon: Torcello, the most ancient island of the lagoon, loved by Hemingway
» Evening: discover "cicheti" and wine in the wine bars of the centre and enjoy the view from the Rialto Bridge

ITINERARY: THE OTHER VENICE
Discover modern Venice, city of the Biennale and the Film Festival, of art exhibits and pure fun. Relive the celebrations of the Carnival and the hystorical Regata among the bacari and pastry shops. Then visit the islands: on the ferry to the Giudecca and by bycicle along the Lido beach and Pellestrina.

1st day
» Morning: the Biennale art exhibit, the naval museum and the Arsenale
» Afternoon: the Accademia galleries and the Guggenheim Collection
» Evening: taste wines from the Veneto and eat delicious bites of food in the "bacari"

2nd day
» Morning: discover the Lido of Venice by bycicle, its churches, the Film exhibit and the casino
» Afternoon: visit Pellestrina and its gardens, its old churches an little meadow
